User Agreement
This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the use of the website https://aquila-private.com and the connected interface available at https://aquila-private.app (collectively, the “Site”), owned and operated by Aquila Private LTD, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The platform provides technical access to algorithmic trading strategies that are developed and legally owned by IQ SECURITY FUND INC., a company registered in the Republic of Panama, under a licensing and revenue-sharing agreement between Aquila Private LTD and IQ SECURITY FUND INC. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and unconditionally accept its terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site and its services.
Legal Status
Aquila Private LTD is not a broker, financial advisor, trustee, custodian, or any other licensed financial institution. Aquila Private LTD does not accept, hold, or manage user funds and does not provide portfolio management or fiduciary services. The platform is a software interface that facilitates subscription-based access to trading strategies provided by IQ SECURITY FUND INC. All trading activity is executed directly by the user through their own accounts on third-party cryptocurrency exchanges (such as OKX, Bybit, Bitget), using non-custodial API keys or CopyTrading mechanisms. The user bears full responsibility for account connections and trading configurations.
Platform Functionality
The Site allows users to: view descriptions of algorithmic strategies supplied by IQ SECURITY FUND INC.; subscribe to strategies through a personal account; track strategy performance and transaction history; manage the affiliate program; connect third-party exchanges via API; complete KYC verification where required. The strategies operate exclusively on the user’s own accounts. The platform does not and cannot access or manage user funds or execute trades on the user’s behalf.

All strategies are developed and supplied by IQ SECURITY FUND INC., and Aquila Private LTD acts solely as the provider of a technical interface. The user accepts all market risks, technical risks, and operational risks associated with strategy use, exchange connectivity, and crypto trading. The platform is not liable for: any trading losses; incorrect strategy behavior; downtime or errors by external exchanges or APIs; improper configuration of user accounts; or actions of the third-party strategy provider.
User Conduct and Access Restrictions
The user agrees to: use the Site in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of their jurisdiction; not engage in unlawful use or abuse of the Platform; not bypass technical restrictions; not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission from Aquila Private LTD or IQ SECURITY FUND INC. Aquila Private LTD reserves the right to suspend or permanently restrict access to any user who violates this Agreement or attempts to manipulate or misuse the services.
Privacy and Cookies
Use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of this Agreement. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the processing of personal data for purposes including but not limited to registration, account management, analytics, and KYC verification (where applicable).
Changes to Terms
Aquila Private LTD reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. All disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of London, UK, with Aquila Private LTD as the relevant legal party.
Restricted Jurisdictions
The Platform is not available to users located in jurisdictions under international sanctions or subject to financial or technological restrictions. These include, but are not limited to, the United States, Israel, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Afghanistan, Sudan, South Sudan, the Central African Republic, Yemen, and all territories of Ukraine. Aquila Private LTD reserves the right to deny access or block services for users attempting to circumvent geographic or legal restrictions. Information may be shared with competent authorities where required.
