The trading strategies are developed and legally owned by an independent third-party provider, IQ SECURITY FUND INC., a company registered in the Republic of Panama, under a licensing agreement with Aquila Private LTD. By using the Platform and subscribing to any strategy, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks described in this Document.

All information relating to performance, returns, or potential outcomes is illustrative and does not constitute a guarantee of future results. Strategy statistics are based on backtests or historical market data that do not reflect future volatility, technical issues, or human factors. Neither Aquila Private LTD nor IQ SECURITY FUND INC. provides any warranties of profitability or financial return.
Market and Price Risks
Trading in digital assets involves substantial risk. Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can be affected by: global economic and political events; regulatory updates or bans; de-pegging of stablecoins; manipulation by large market players; exchange hacks or liquidation cascades. Sudden price fluctuations may result in rapid and irreversible financial loss. The use of algorithmic strategies may lead to both gains and total or partial loss of capital.
Technical Risks
All strategy usage requires connecting your personal account on a third-party cryptocurrency exchange through API keys or CopyTrading. Risks include but are not limited to: temporary or permanent downtime of exchanges; changes to API protocols; delays in data transmission or signal execution; software bugs or integration errors; loss of access due to user misconfiguration; unauthorized access caused by API key compromise. Aquila Private LTD does not access, manage, or control user funds or exchange accounts under any circumstances.
Legal and Regulatory Risks
The use of cryptocurrencies, algorithmic trading systems, or non-custodial integrations may be subject to local legal restrictions or prohibitions. Aquila Private LTD operates in accordance with UK legislation and does not offer legal advice or jurisdictional compliance guidance. Users are solely responsible for verifying that their use of the Platform is lawful in their respective country and for complying with all applicable laws.
Financial Risks
The use of algorithmic strategies requires a clear understanding of financial markets. Trading using leverage, derivatives, or futures may amplify profits and losses. Any attempt to circumvent territorial or compliance restrictions is a violation of the User Agreement and may result in immediate account termination or access denial.
