Refund Policy
Effective Date: November 3, 2025
This Refund Policy governs the refund conditions for payments made on the website https://aquila-private.com and the connected platform at https://aquila-private.app (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Aquila Private LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. The Platform provides subscription-based access to algorithmic trading strategies and other digital services. Access is activated automatically upon payment confirmation.
Irrevocable Subscription
By using the Platform, the User acknowledges that the subscription constitutes a digital, intangible product that is considered fully delivered upon activation. After activation, refunds are not available, except in the cases explicitly described in this Policy.
Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds are only possible in the event of a confirmed technical failure caused by the Platform or its authorized payment processor. Eligible cases include: duplicate payment for the same subscription; failure to activate the subscription after a successful charge; confirmed transaction error during processing. Each case is reviewed individually within 10 business days. The decision of the Platform administration is final.
Payment Channels and Restrictions
The Platform accepts payments via verified systems including Stripe and select cryptocurrency payment processors. Refund options may depend on the specific terms of the payment provider. In certain cases, refund compensation may only be issued to the user’s internal balance (e.g., USDT equivalent). If the payment was made through a third-party exchange or crypto service not directly integrated with the Platform, and funds have not reached the Platform, refund claims must be addressed directly to that provider.
Chargeback Waiver
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Platform support is considered a breach of the User Agreement. In such cases, Aquila Private LTD reserves the right to: suspend the user’s account; revoke active subscriptions; notify the payment processor or financial institution of suspected abuse.
Final Provisions
All payments made through the Platform are voluntary and considered final. The User is solely responsible for choosing their payment method, entering accurate information, and ensuring that transactions are performed correctly. When using external services such as crypto wallets, P2P platforms, or exchange bots, the Platform bears no responsibility for the exchange rate, delays, fees, or loss of funds due to user error.
