2. Roles of Legal Entities
Aquila Private LTD (UK) is the official operator of the Platform, responsible for the technical interface, subscription access, user support, and secure integration with third-party exchanges through API and CopyTrading.
IQ SECURITY FUND INC., registered in the Republic of Panama, is an independent provider of algorithmic trading strategies. Access to these strategies is granted to users by Aquila Private LTD under a license agreement.
Aquila Private LTD does not create or control trading strategies and does not manage user funds.
3. Nature of Services Provided
The Platform operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) system, providing subscription-based technical access to external trading strategies.
The Platform does not provide:
– investment or financial advice
– portfolio management or discretionary trading
– brokerage services or custodial operations
– any guarantees of profit or returns
All trades are executed directly by users via their exchange accounts. The Platform does not store, access, or manage user funds.
4. Risk Disclosure
Algorithmic trading involves high financial risk. Market volatility, technical errors, or user misconfiguration may result in partial or total capital loss.

5. Jurisdiction and Access Restrictions
The Platform operates under the laws of the United Kingdom and complies with applicable data protection (UK GDPR), AML/KYC regulations, and international sanctions frameworks.
Access to the Platform is restricted for users located in or acting on behalf of the following jurisdictions (including, but not limited to): the United States, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Sudan, Afghanistan, Yemen, Ukraine (entire territory), and other high-risk or sanctioned countries listed by OFAC, EU, UN, and FATF.
Attempts to bypass these restrictions via VPN, proxy, or false data may result in account suspension and notification of competent authorities.
